Delivery & Returns

Delivery

For each order we offer next day delivery in the UAE, subject to location and time slot availability. Deliveries are FREE within Dubai, and FREE to other Emirates when a minimum of AED 1,000 is spent. Deliveries are scheduled between Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm.

Our delivery service includes installation of your mattress, pillow and/or bed frame in your room, plus the removal of the outer packaging.

 

The Delivery Procedure

Once you have placed your online order, a representative will contact you to acknowledge your order and confirm the delivery date and time slot.

For any additional purchases, amendments, or services such as removal of an old mattress please speak to us first to confirm if it is possible, and the additional charges.

On the day of delivery, our Delivery Team will call you to confirm someone will be home to accept the order. If a customer cannot be reached or is not home during the time slot, Neo Living reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange delivery without further notice and extra charges may apply.

Neo Living will not be held responsible for late delivery beyond our control, for example due to any road conditions, restrictions and/or other environmental circumstances.

By signing our Delivery Note you confirm you are happy with the products delivered, and understand our returns policy. Neo Living will not bear responsibility for any damaged or missing items found after a signed acknowledgement of receipt.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time prior to delivery for a full refund.

If at the time of delivery, the product is defective or damaged the customer must immediately notify the delivery team and we will replace it with the same product at no extra charge.

After delivery, we have a 7 day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it and with the original documentation as proof of purchase.

Only standard products sold at the regular price may be returned for exchange, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any product on sale or customised products.

To proceed with a return or exchange please contact us to arrange collection and redelivery of the replacement product, which may be subject to a collection/delivery charge.

After 7 days we cannot offer a return or exchange, unless there is a confirmed defect as covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty please contact us to arrange an inspection.

In case of any disputes, Neo Living reserves the right of final decision.
